When: Wednesday’s from 3:30-4:20 pm (Starts April 11th- May16th)
What: Part of our new athletic performance training program, Speed, Strength and agility is a sports conditioning class that will emphasize athleticism utilizing a variety of strength and agility exercises to improve sports performance and prevent injuries.
Need transportation? We have you covered! Bus 5 drops participants off at the YMCA!
Ages: 5th-12th grade
Instructor: Bret Lyon & CJ Carpenter (Both certified personal trainers)
