Summer Shred Weight Loss Challenge

What:     – 6 week 2 person team weight loss percentage contest
– Includes 6 Saturday boot camps, 1 hour personal training session and a chance to                         win money
– This is a YMCA Members ONLY challenge!
– 2 ways to win: Highest weight % lost or highest participation point total
When: First weigh in: April 13th – May 25th
Cost: $50/ person
Important Dates:
First weigh-in: Friday, April 13th
First Boot Camp: Saturday, April 14th
Final Boot Camp: Saturday, May 19th
Final Weigh-in: Friday, May 25th
Winners Announced: Tuesday, May 29th
