Fall Fitness Frenzy

What: A challenge that will push participants of all fitness levels to their best self possible. Fall Fitness Frenzy will incorporate 10 exercises that participants will be able to complete over the course of 6 weeks.

When: Challenge begins September 23rd, and must be completed by November 2nd.
