Meet another of our Aerobic Instructors – Mindy Minnick

The Carroll County Area YMCA has become a vital part of my life over the past few years. I made a personal goal to include exercise and nutrition into my daily life. The YMCA has supported me in this journey by offering a variety of fitness classes and more importantly a network of people that support one another no matter their size, ability or age. Our YMCA is truly a “judgement free” zone and I encourage everyone to just step inside. Once you get over your personal insecurities and take that leap, your life will be forever changed. -Mindy

Come take one of Mindy’s classes for a solid workout, and fun time!
